John Louderback 
John was born in 1831 in Near Persia, Hawkins, Tennessee. John's father was John Louderback and his mother was Winney West. His paternal grandparents were Henry Louderback and Mary Or Polly McDaniel; his maternal grandparents were James West and Nancy Grigsby. He had two brothers and three sisters, named David West, Felix, Sarah Jane, Eliza Catherine and Nancy J.. He was the oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Lafayette, Henry, Hezekiah Hamblin, Mary Ann, Laura and Narcissa Louvena.-
