John Robert Knight 
John Robert was born on September 21st, 1832 in , Harrison, Kentucky. John Robert's father was Jesse Knight and his mother was Permelia Ann Bowen. His paternal grandparents were Shadrack Knight and Margaret Holder; his maternal grandparents were Robert Bowen and Delilah Trundle. He had two brothers and six sisters, named James Alexander, Jesse, Mary E., Sarah Ann, Melvina C., Pamelia Jennie, Martha E. and Alice Love. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 72 on November 12th, 1904 in , Henderson, Kentucky.-
