Eli Kennedy 
Eli was born in 1842 in , Bourbon, Kentucky. Eli's father was Thomas Kennedy and his mother was Sarah. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Kennedy and Mary Or Polly Waugh. He had six brothers and a sister, named Jesse, George Washington, Henry Clay, W. S., William, John Bell and Alice. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
