John Nicholas Hunt 
John Nicholas was born in 1872 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. John Nicholas' father was Pemberton Hunt and his mother was Mary Barger. His paternal grandparents were Peter S. Hunt and Nancy George; his maternal grandparents were Jonathan Barger and Emeline Hancher. He had a brother and two sisters, named Martin Luther, Alice and Cordelia Jane. He had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named George Bruce, Thomas, Lusianne Elizabeth, Nancy, Sarah E., Mary F., Catherine A. and Laura Normella. He died at the age of 71 in 1943.-
