William Hill

William was born on February 20th, 1750 in , Bute, NC.  William's father was Green Hill and his mother was Grace Bennett.  His maternal grandparents were William Bennett and Grace. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Green, Bennett, Hannah, Mary, Sarah, Temperance and Elizabeth.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
