Alfred Hicks

Alfred was born on April 29th, 1836 in Tennessee.  Alfred's father was Stephen Hicks and his mother was Hannah Grey.  His paternal grandparents were Stephen Hicks and Elizabeth Cox. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William, Greenbury Anderson, Andrew E., Stephen Bright, Lucinda, Betsy A., Hannah, Martha M. and Mary.  He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 56 on September 4th, 1892 in Scotland, MO.
