Finley Harkleroad

Finley was born in 1852 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Finley's father was Henry Harkleroad and his mother was Mehala Shipley. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James Knox, Benjamin Harrison, Lawrence H., Henry Buchanon, Milburn H., Elizabeth and Sarah V..  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
