Absalom Garrison 
Absalom was born on November 10th, 1826 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Absalom's father was James C. Garrison and his mother was Diana Kyle. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Garrison and Martha; his maternal grandparents were Robert Kyle and Sarah Reynolds. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Wiley K., Joseph Robert, William H., James Harvey, Enoch, Isaac, Thomas Jefferson, John M., Nancy, Esther Melinda, Mary Elizabeth and Sarah B.. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 85 on July 9th, 1912 in Republic, Greene, Missouri.-
