William David Droke 
William David was born on January 2nd, 1823 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. William David's father was John Droke and his mother was Isabel Wolford. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Droke and Catherine Faust. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Elkanah D., Jacob M., George Washington, James, Samuel, Isaac Dunn, Andrew Jackson, Anna and Catherine. He was the oldest of the ten children.-
