John M. Droke 
John M. was born in 1838 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. John M.'s father was James Droke and his mother was Elizabeth Morrell. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Droke and Catherine Faust; his maternal grandparents were John Morrell and Catherine Hagey. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Christopher, David A., Eliza C. and Mary E.. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 54 in 1892.-
