Azel Waters was born on November 5th, 1784 in Maryland. Azel Waters' father was Greenberry Dorsey and his mother was Lydia Dorsey. His maternal grandparents were Nicholas Dorsey and Sarah Griffith. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on September 13th, 1858 in Schuyler County, Illinois.-
