John W. B. Dickson

John W. B. was born in 1852 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  John W. B.'s father was William Samuel Dickson and his mother was Sarah Brown.  His paternal grandparents were William Howard Dickson and Mary Shipley; his maternal grandparents were John Wesley Brown and Margaret Kincheloe. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William P., Noah Baldwin, Mary Jane, Margaret Elvira, Martha E., Sarah Amanda and Eliza Ann.  He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named George H. T., Samuel F. and Mary Susan.  He died at the age of 46 in 1898.
