Peter Darter 
Peter was born in 1848 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Peter's father was Nehemiah Darter and his mother was Ann. His paternal grandparents were Michael Darter and Catherine. He had three brothers named Michael, Andrew and Stephen. He was the youngest of the four children.
