Martha Dandridge First Lady

Martha was born on June 21st, 1731 in New Kent County, Virginia.  Martha's father was John Dandridge Colonel and her mother was Frances Orlando Jones.  Her paternal grandparents were John Dandridge and Bridget Dugdale; her maternal grandparents were Orlando Jones and Martha Macon. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Bartholomew, John, William, William, Anna Maria, Dorothea, Elizabeth, Frances and Mary.
