Louisa Buckingham Cobb 
Louisa Buckingham was born about 1785 in Of Sullivan County, Tennessee. Louisa Buckingham's father was Richard Caswell Cobb and her mother was Rebecca Buckingham. Her paternal grandparents were Pharoah Cobb and Barsheba Whitehead. She had three sisters named Barsheba, Eliza and Sarah Caswell. She died on January 10th, 1830.-
