Frank Clay

Frank was born in 1851 in , Bourbon, Kentucky. Frank's father was Samuel H. Clay and his mother was Julia Kennedy. His paternal grandparents were Henry C. Clay and Mary Grimes; his maternal grandparents were Washington Kennedy and Elizabeth Bedford. He had five brothers and a sister, named Washington Kennedy, Henry Or Harry C., Charles G., Samuel G., William D. and Mattie. He was the third youngest of the seven children.
