Cassius Marcellus Clay 
Cassius Marcellus was born in 1810 in , Madison, Kentucky. Cassius Marcellus' father was Green Clay and his mother was Sarah Or Sally Lewis. His paternal grandparents were Charles Clay and Martha Green; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Lewis and Elizabeth Payne. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Sidney Payne, Brutus Junius, Elizabeth Lewis, Sarah Ann, Pauline Green, Sophia and Sarah Or Sallie Ann. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 93 in 1903.-
