John Champion 
John's father was Benjamin Champion and his mother was Elizabeth. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Champion and Elizabeth Williams. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Benjamin, Selah, Ann and Mary. He died in 1774 in , Halifax, NC.
