Thomas Carter 
Thomas was born on June 4th, 1672 in Lancaster County, Virginia. Thomas' father was Thomas Carter and his mother was Katherine Dale. His maternal grandparents were Edward Dale and Diana Skipwith. He was an only child. He died at the age of 61 in 1733.
