Arthur Carter

Arthur was born in 1823 in , Bourbon, Kentucky. Arthur's father was Arthur Carter and his mother was Ann Shores. His paternal grandparents were John Deaver and Rachel Smith. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Mary Ann. He was the oldest of the three children.
