Lorenzo Dow Brown

Lorenzo Dow was born in 1864 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Lorenzo Dow's father was George Washington Brown and his mother was Sarah Jackson.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brown and Mary Cox. He had a brother and four sisters, named Thomas, Roena E., Christina E., Eliza L. and Amanda L..  He was the third youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother named George Washington Shipley.
