George Boddie 
George was born on November 20th, 1803 in North Carolina. George's father was Bennett Boddie and his mother was Sarah Smith. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Smith and Tabitha Exum. He had three brothers and a sister, named Nathan Van, John Exum, Bennett and Chloe Crudup. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 6 in 1809.-
