Bud Alvis 
Bud was born on June 25th, 1863 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Bud's father was Joseph H. Alvis and his mother was Marinda Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Charles Dabney Alvis and Rebecca Arnall. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Pinkney, Richard, James Perry, James Harvey, Thomas Jefferson, Benson Turner, Susanette, Sarah Rebecca and Eliza Ann. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 69 on February 26th, 1933.-
