Joseph  TOMS 

Joseph was born on November 16th, 1677 in Perquimans Co., NC.  Joseph's father was Francis  TOMS and his mother was Prescilla  NICHOLSON . He had three brothers and three sisters, named Francis , Joshua, Caleb, Penelope, Mary  and Priscilla .  He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Abagail.
