Grief RANDOLPH 
Grief was born in March 1726 in Barro Plantation, Appomattox Co., VA . Grief's father was Henry III RANDOLPH and his mother was Elizabeth EPPES . His paternal grandparents were Henry II RANDOLPH and Sarah SWANN ; his maternal grandparents were Francis III EPPES and Ann ISHAM . He had a brother and three sisters, named Henry IV, Sarah , Ann and Mourning. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 52 in 1778 in Chesterfield Co., VA .-
