Otto was born on September 27th, 1893 in Red Hill, Rockcastle Co., KY . Otto 's father was Thomas Riley MULLINS and his mother was Candace Josephine BARNETT. His maternal grandparents were William L. BARNETT and Elizabeth Betty MULLINS . He had two brothers and four sisters, named Emmet , Casper , Monilla "Ellen", Nancy Elizabeth , Victora and Dora. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 65 on August 8th, 1959 in Rockcastle Co., KY .General Notes
