Dona  HIGGINS

Dona  was born in 1903 in MO.  Dona 's father was William T.  HIGGINS and her mother was Emma E.  FLOYD.  Her paternal grandparents were John  HIGGINS and Kezia  BROWN . She had two sisters named Rhoda and Edna T. .  She was the oldest of the three children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William S. , William Moses, Rosa E. , Steven, Wiley , Lucy , Livina M. , Isabelle  and Sarah Emily .
