William  HALL 

William  was born in 1863 in GA.  William 's father was Asa C.   HALL  and his mother was  Frances  BLAIR .  His paternal grandparents were William  HALL  and Elizabeth  UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and two sisters, named George Washington , Charles M, Ula, John R, Mary E.  and Frances O. .  He was the oldest of the seven children.
