Celia  GRIFFIN 

Celia  was born on September 30th, 1872 in Rockcastle CO., KY .  Celia 's father was Solomon  GRIFFIN  and her mother was Jaila Tetitia OWENS. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Geroge Spencer, James Nelson , William Madison , Emily Jane , Sarah B. , Mary A. "Polly" and Susan N. .  She was the second youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Jepther, May  and Virginia "Vergie" .
