John Drum was born on July 8th, 1810 in Ft. Covington, NY. John Drum 's father was Joshua DOANE and his mother was Phoebe CROWELL . His paternal grandparents were Nehemiah DOANE and Jerusha BACON. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on September 21st, 1883 in Dexter, Washtenaw Co., MI.General Notes

John Drum Doane married Emily Cooper and then Married Ann More.
They has a daugther named Adelle Doane and she married
Edward Reeve. They had three boys Giles, Frank and John
Reeve. John Philip Reeve left behind photos in a suit case
with lots of names on them Uncle Van Doane, Ida and Maude
Doan or Doane. I have the history of John Reeve and his wife
Clara Belle Thompson and some other Reeve's.
