Jemima M. was born on September 27th, 1830 in Wayne Co., IN. Jemima M.'s father was Joseph DOAN and her mother was Eliza D. CARPENTER. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Doan and Jamima VESTAL. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Edward, Nathan, Thomas, Jacob, Joseph, Isaac C. , Phoebe, Sarah , Mary and Elizabeth . She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 71 on July 7th, 1902 in Wayne Co., IN .General Notes
