Hannah DOAN 
Hannah was born in 1790 in Cane Creek, Chatham Co., NC. Hannah's father was Jacob DOAN and her mother was Hannah STUPP. Her paternal grandparents were John DOAN and Ruth DIXON. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Elisha, Joseph, Archibald , Jehu , Jacob , Lydia and Elizabeth . She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 50 in 1840 in Crawford Co., IN .General Notes
