Wyatt was born in 1845 in Henry District, Nicholas Co., VA . Wyatt 's father was Alexander B DAWSON and his mother was Sarah LONG. His paternal grandparents were William DAWSON and Bathsheba "Barshaby" MAYO; his maternal grandparents were John LONG and Elizabeth SHEETZ. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry H., John Long , Josiah, Lewis, Mary J. (May), Elizabeth, Margaret E. and Malinda. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named **Richardson Henley and Susan .. He died at the age of 25 in January 1870.General Notes
