William ANDERSON

William was born in 1756 in Fort Defiance, Augusta Co., VA. William 's father was William ANDERSON and his mother was Elizabeth CAMPBELL . His paternal grandparents were John ANDERSON and Margaret Jean UNKNOWN. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Robert , John , George , Robert , Alexander, Jean , Mary, Rebecca and Elizabeth . He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He had a half-sister named Margaret. He died at the age of 33 in 1789 in Middle River, Augusta Co., VA .
