Robert de Vaux de Strickland 
Robert de Vaux was born in of Great Strickland.1 Robert de Vaux's father was Robert de Vaux de Strickland and his mother was Beatrice de Cotesford. His paternal grandparents were Walter FitzAdam de Strickland and Christina de Leham. He was an only child. He died in 1278.1
