Nettie was born on January 24th, 1866 in Wolcott, Wayne, NY.1 Nettie's father was Rodney W Younglove and her mother was Sarah Ann Washburn. Her paternal grandparents were Ephraim Younglove and Mariah Wyllis; her maternal grandfather was John Washburn. She had a brother named Willis Rodney. She was the younger of the two children.
