Philip was born in 1738 in Fairfield, Fairfield, CT.1   Philip's father was Jonathan Weeks and his mother was Abigail Wildman.  His paternal grandparents were Philip Weeks and Martha Unknown. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Jonathan, Bartholomew, Thomas, Abigail and Elizabeth.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 40 in 1778 in Wilkes Barre, Luzerne, PA.1
