Amos Strong 
Amos was born in 1771. Amos' father was Benajah Strong and his mother was Jane Cochrane. His paternal grandparents were Adino Strong and Deborah Prime; his maternal grandfather was Samuel Cochrane. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Truman, Benajah, Amos, Salmon, Simeon, Thankful, Almorena, Jane, Anna, Caroline and Sally.-
