George Stolp 
George was born in 1775 in Claverack, Columbia, NY.1 George's father was Johannes Pieter Stolp and his mother was Catrina Chrysler. His paternal grandparents were Johann Jost Stolp and Maria Sydonia; his maternal grandparents were Wilhemus Chrysler and Catherine Schauer. He had six brothers and a sister, named John, Frederick, William, Abram, Peter, Joseph Jost and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 68 in 1843 in Aurora, Kane, IL. He was buried in 1843 in West Aurora, Kane, IL.1 1 -
