Francis Julia was born on January 3rd, 1853 in , DuPage, IL.1 Francis Julia's father was William Russel Stolp and her mother was Lucy Jane Kinley Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Frederick Stolp and Janette Willemena Pepper. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Frederick Allen, George Melvin, Henry Charles, William Russell, Ann Elizabeth, Janette, Alice Matilda and Ellen Mary. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 33 on February 11th, 1886 in Grand Forks, Grand Forks, ND.1 -
