Uriah Province 
Uriah was born in 1836 in , Fayette, PA.1 Uriah's father was Jesse Province and his mother was Cecelia Spencer. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Yard Province and Elizabeth Casto; his maternal grandparents were Nathan Spencer and Rachel Reed Spencer. He had nine brothers and five sisters, named John William, Joseph Yard, Jesse Spencer, David, Benjamin Franklin, James, Thomas, Nathan, Amida, Amelia, Celie Ann, Susannah, Rebecca and Mary Matilda. He was the seventh youngest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 87 in 1923.1 -
