Martin Province 
Martin was born in 1864 in Stafford, Stafford, KS.1 Martin's father was Jesse Spencer Province and his mother was Mahala Jane Cline. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Province and Cecelia Spencer. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Noah J, Thomas, Joseph, Sarah E, Emily, Mary Martha and Celia Rose. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 77 in 1941.1 -
