Laura C was born about 1878. Laura C's father was Doctor Franklin Mahaffey and her mother was Larceny June Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Mahaffey and Mary Elizabeth Allman. She had four brothers and a sister, named Doctor, John Wesley, Thomas P, James R and Margaret Louise. She was the youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers named Rufus L and Judson J.-
