Abijah Loomis 
Abijah was born in 1744.1 Abijah's father was Josiah Loomis and his mother was Abigail Bacon. His paternal grandparents were Josiah Loomis and Elizabeth Kelsey. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Josiah, Andrew, Michael, Daniel, Benajah, Elizabeth, Abigail, Sarah and Rachel. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.-
