Thomas David was born on July 16th, 1897 in Neche, Pembina, ND. Thomas David's father was William John Irvine and his mother was Augusta Anna Demorest. His paternal grandparents were David Irvine and Sarah Beggs; his maternal grandparents were Unknown Demorest and Martha McCarl. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William Arthur, Orland Earl, Sarah Elizabeth, Muzzetta Luella, Loretta Helen, Ina Ivadelle and Verle LaVerne. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 88 on January 9th, 1986 in Portland, Clackamas, OR.-
