Raoul II Ct de Vexin Valois & Amiens 
Raoul II was born in 0980 in of Vexin, Normandy, France.1 Raoul II's father was Gautier II the White Ct de Vexin and his mother was Adele de Senlis. His paternal grandparents were Gautier I Ct de Vexin and Adele Cts de Vexin; his maternal grandfather was Bormard de Senlis. He had two brothers and a sister, named Raoul III, Walter Dreux and Alix. He died at the age of 50 in 1030.1
