Joseph Belden 
Joseph was born in 1663 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT.1 Joseph's father was John Belden and his mother was Lydia Standish. His paternal grandparents were Richard Belden and Margaret Ackreden. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Jonathan, Samuel, Daniel, Ebenezer, Sarah, Lydia and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 61 in 1724 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT.1
