Dear Deborah, You are such a treasure! I'm always overwhelmed by all the information you send. I have another sibling of Jediah's listed: Frances Randolph who married William Nichols in Culpeper on 10-16-1786. They were married by William Mason, the same person who married Jediah and Ann Jennings. My information on the children of Thomas Randolph (Jediah's son) differs slightly from yours. It was written by my great-aunt Pearl Randolph who was Frederick Monroe Randolph's daughter, so Thomas's children would have been her aunts and uncles. Here is what I have:
Frederick Monroe Randolph b. 9-9-1835 Goochland Co. VA; d. 8-20-1900 Los Angeles, CA. Married (1) Eliza Hammond m.1857; married (2) Flora Elisabeth Sears on May 30, 1865 Fort Kearney, Wyoming Territory.
William Jediah Randolph b. 1828, Goochland Co., VA, d. 1862 New Orleans, LA.
Thomas Jefferson Randolph b. 1830 Goochland Co., VA. Married Miss Jobe, settled in Austin, TX. d. 1862.
John Preston Randolph b. 1836, Goochland Co. Married 1867 to Augusta Alcock. Settled in Columbus, OH. Ch.: Florence Randolph.
Mary Catherine Randolph b. 1-3-1839 in Goochland Co.; married 1860 to Oliver Griswold, settled in Birch Tree, MO. Children: 5 girls, 3 boys.
Ann Marian Randolph b. 1840 Goochland Co. Married Jerry Lockwood. Died Dec. 1893 in MO. Children: 4 boys, 1 girl (Addie Lockwood).
Sallie Carter Randolph b. 1845, Columbus, VA. Married 1867 to Reeves Hopkins. Settled in Montgomery City, MO. Children: 2 boys.
Also, according to Aunt Pearl, Thomas Randolph died in 1860 in Montgomery Co. MO and Sally Lee Hunter Randolph died in 1863 in MO.
Frederick Monroe Randolph had one child by his first wife, Eliza Hammond. That was Claiborne Price Randolph, b. 8-10-1861 in Montgomery, MO.
There were eight children of Frederick Monroe and Flora Elisabeth Sears:

Clara Alice Randolph, b. 11-20-1867, Salmon City, ID. Married 5-25-1886 to James N. Sears.
