Bertha was born in April 1885 in Police.1  Bertha's father was Eduard =HEB()=YID(_) Justitz {=Justitz' _th generation} and her mother was Klara =HEB(Chayah חיה)=YID(Haie,Yutheh חיה,יותה)=ROM(Haiche,Iuta)=GER(Jute,-n)=LAT(VIta) Baeck (Back) {=Baeck's _th generation}.  Her paternal grandparents were MISSING GIVENAME Justitz {=Justitz' _th generation} and MISSING GIVENAME MISSING SURNAME {=_th generation}; her maternal grandparents were MISSING GIVENAME Baeck {=Baeck's _th generation} and MISSING GIVENAME MISSING SURNAME {=_th generation}. She had a brother named Siegmund.  She was the older of the two children.  She died in the Holocaust, d.570x, in Auschwitz-Birkenau.1
