Leivi, known as Leon, was born in 1897 in Dorohoi.1   Leon's father was Simon =HEB(Shim'on שמעון)=YID(Schaim שיים)=ROM(Simon)=ENG(Simeon)=GER(Siegmund) Iancovici {=Iancovici's 01st co-generation} and his mother was Yonah-Taube =HEB(Yonah יונה)=YID(Taube טוייבע) MISSING SURNAME {=_th generation}.  His paternal grandparents were Iancu =HEB(Ya'acov יעקב)=YID(Ianke,Copel יאנקע,קופל)=ROM(Iancu)=ENG(Jacob,Jack) MISSING SURNAME {=Iancovici-Cuşmaru's pre-generation} and MISSING NAME; his maternal grandparents were David =HEB(Dawid דוד)=YID(Duvid דוד)=ROM(David)=ENG(David)=HUN(Deszo) “Dughi” MISSING SURNAME {=_th generation} and Sara-Rivcah =HEB(Sarah-Rivcah שרה רבקה) Lirshi? {=_th generation}. He had four brothers named Dughi, Marcu, Strul and Zalman.  He died  due to d.24 Iyar 5732 (??) at the age of 75 on May 8th, 1972 in Kfar-Sava.  He was buried in May 1972 at the Jewish Cemetery "Thecumah" (also known as "Nordau") for southern Sharon area.2 2
